You can now change the duration of your access yourself. It's on the page of your access under Manage › 1 Check duration, as long as it's active and before the due date.
Tap a tile, tap Change to …, confirm. The new duration and its price apply from the change; an open renewal invoice for the old duration is cancelled. The number of connections stays the same. Renewing with the new duration is right below under 2 Renew access.
