We are pleased to introduce our new Telegram Service Bot.
The bot will help simplify many processes and make central service features directly available via Telegram. It serves as a fast, convenient companion for information, support-related updates and future extensions that will be added step by step.
✨ What you can do with the Service Bot
The bot already offers a wide range of useful features to support you in your daily use. Many familiar areas from our web system are now available to you directly via Telegram.
- General information – important notices, news and service updates.
- Issues / tickets – information about known technical issues and system status.
- Events & subscriptions – all relevant information about events, subscriptions and highlights.
- Search live events – direct search for live sports and other events.
- App guides – installation and setup guides for Smart TV, FireTV, Android, iOS, Web Player and more.
- Web Player – convenient direct access to the online web player.
- New uploads – overview of newly added movies & series (regularly updated).
- Wishbox – submit movie requests (no series, max. 3 requests per month).
- Customer chat – participate in the integrated customer chat directly via the bot.
- Settings / notifications – manage notifications for live events as well as movies & series.
⚠️ Important notice regarding responsibility
The Telegram Service Bot can be used by all customers, including customers of VenneTV.
- ❗ Support, account or order-related requests (e.g. renewals, new orders, payment questions or account issues) must be submitted by VenneTV customers first via the VenneTV shop ticket system.
- ❗ These requests must not be submitted directly via the bot.
If such a request is submitted via the bot, you will be redirected to VenneTV as your responsible contact.
This is just the beginning – the Service Bot is continuously being expanded. New features, menu items and improvements are added regularly and documented in our knowledgebase.
