Search your accesses in the client area
New in the client area: the search. Enter the username of an access, your own note or an invoice number – you immediately get the access and all its invoices.
Handy if you manage several accesses and don't want to click through any more.
Buy TiviMate Premium by credit card
In the TiviMate dashboard you manage your devices and can now buy Premium by credit card too – without the Companion app.
Sign in at tivimate.com with your TiviMate account. Unlocking in the app then works as usual.
At big events we switch on protection mode
During big events, when very many people watch at the same time, we switch the system into a protection mode against attacks. Everything works as usual – only the Bouquet Manager in the web player is off meanwhile.
As soon as the event mode ends, the Bouquet Manager is available again.
