You can pay straight from your exchange, for example Bitpanda, Kraken, Coinbase or Binance. Send the amount to the address on your invoice.
How it works
- Open the invoice and tap the coin you want to pay with. The invoice shows you the address and the amount.
- At your exchange, choose Send or Withdraw for the same coin and paste the invoice address.
- As the network, choose the coin's own network, such as Bitcoin for BTC or Litecoin for LTC. Send USDT only via Ethereum (ERC-20), not via Tron or BNB Chain. Money sent over the wrong network is lost.
- Enter the invoice amount. If you can have the fees charged on top, choose that. Before sending, check that exactly the invoice amount reaches the recipient. Overpayments are not credited or paid out.
Every invoice has its own address. Always copy the address your invoice shows right now instead of typing it. Money sent to a wrong address is lost.
Good to know
- Some wallet providers (Bitpanda, Kraken, Coinbase, Binance) ask for the recipient's information before sending a transfer. The answer is always the same: It's your own wallet, and you take the destination address directly from your VenneTV bill.
Example Bitpanda:
– Full name: your own name
– Wallet belongs to me: activate
– Wallet host: Self-hosted wallet
– Wallet address: the address from your VenneTV bill
Other providers: Kraken asks for the origin of the wallet, Coinbase for usage, Binance for the wallet type. Always select 'my wallet' or 'self-hosted' and enter your own information.
- The exchange and the network often deduct fees. What counts is what arrives with us.
- If too little arrives, the invoice shows what is still missing. Send the rest to the same address while the invoice still shows it. The full rest must arrive here too.
- If the amount expires before everything has arrived, don't pay again. If the invoice is still open after an hour, open a ticket.
