Some wallet providers (Bitpanda, Kraken, Coinbase, Binance) ask about the recipient before sending. The answer is always the same: it's your own wallet, and you take the destination address exactly from your VenneTV invoice.
Example: Bitpanda
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Full name | your own name |
| The wallet belongs to me | enable |
| Wallet host | self-hosted wallet |
| Wallet address | the address from your VenneTV invoice – copy and paste |

What the prompt looks like at Bitpanda.
Every invoice has its own address. Always use the address your invoice shows right now. We can't match a payment sent to a mistyped address.
Other providers
- Kraken asks about the wallet's origin, Coinbase about its use, Binance about the wallet type. Always choose “my wallet” or “self-custody” and enter your own details.
- The destination address is only on your invoice in the shop.
