ℹ️ Azteco Voucher
Manual processing: you send us the voucher codes by ticket, and we redeem them for you and activate your access. (An automatic variant, where you redeem the voucher yourself and activation happens immediately, also runs in parallel.)
❗ Important Notice
Due to ongoing technical issues when redeeming Lightning vouchers (LN), we currently accept only:

There are 2 types of Azteco vouchers, but we currently accept On-Chain only:
- Lightning (NOT accepted): Lightning vouchers cannot be reliably redeemed at the moment due to network issues.
- On-Chain (ACCEPTED): You receive a numeric code which must be sent to us via ticket.

Tip: Many users recommend Moontopup.com , as they offer Azteco vouchers without verification and the process is very fast.

- Select voucher amount: e.g. €10, €25, €50, €100, €150.
- Click “Buy now”.
- Review your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Select payment method: PayPal, Apple Pay, credit card, etc.
- Enter your email address: Your voucher will be delivered there.
- Complete payment.
- Receive your voucher via email.
- Redeem your Azteco voucher in our shop:
- During checkout:
- Select “Azteco Voucher” as payment method.
- Send your voucher code (On-Chain) via ticket.
- For an invoice in the client area:
- Open the invoice and change the payment method.
- Send your voucher code (On-Chain) via ticket.
- During checkout:
⚠️ Important
- Please use larger denominations whenever possible! Example: €70 = 1 × €50 + 2 × €10
- We do not accept many small split vouchers (e.g. 7 × €10).
- Overpayments cannot be refunded or credited.
