Renewing works as soon as your remaining time is at most one duration. You can change the duration at any time before the due date. More connections only come with a new access.

  • RenewFor 1 month from 31 days before expiry, for 3 months from 92, for 6 from 184, for 12 from 366 days. The new time is added at the end. If it's still too early, the date is shown on the page of your access under Renewable from.
  • Change durationTo the durations of your type of access (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). You do this on the page of your access under Manage › 1 Check duration, any time before the due date. The connections stay the same.
  • More connectionsThere is no upgrade within an access. Order a new access with the number you need, or let the current one expire and order again.
