Since the move to vennetv.shop some people can't log in – usually because the browser still has the old address saved. Your login details still work, only the address is new.
Forgot your password? The login page has a link for that. If your registered e-mail address no longer receives mail, you can still get in yourself. Use the VenneTV bot (Settings › Account: password & email) or the contact form with the username and password of your active access. All three ways are in the guide.
