Trouble logging in after the move to vennetv.shop?
Since our move, many of you use „Forgot password" — usually because the browser still has the old address saved. Your credentials still work, only the address is new.
If you can't get into your account at all because your stored e-mail no longer receives mail, you can now get back in yourself:
- Fastest via our customer bot: tap „Anmeldedaten" (Login details) and get a login link to set a new password or change your e-mail address — no e-mail needed.
- Without the bot: use our contact form and give us the username + password of one of your active lines for verification. We'll reset your password. Please provide an e-mail you can actually access.
