The number of connections of an access can't be changed during its term – neither up nor down. You get more connections with an additional or a new access.
- Book an additional accessYou have 1 connection and want 3? Book a second access with 2 connections. Together that's 3 connections – right away.
- Book a new access with more connectionsBook an access with 2, 3 or 5 connections and use it right away. The old one simply runs out.
- WaitYou can let the current access expire and then book a new one. Until then the current number stays.
Good to know
- Reducing is also only possible after expiry.
- The duration, on the other hand, can be changed for an active access before the due date: Change duration.
