Your login details still work – only the shop's address has been vennetv.shop since the move. If you still can't get in, one of these ways helps.
- Forgot your password, e-mail worksUse Forgot password on the login page. You get an e-mail with the reset link.
- Telegram bot linkedOpen the bot and tap Anmeldedaten (login details). Via the login link you set a new password or change your e-mail address – no e-mail needed.
- No bot, e-mail deadWrite to us via the contact form and give the username and password of a running access – that's how we recognise you. Enter an e-mail address you can actually read.
- Login works, but you always end up on “Confirm your email address”Your e-mail address isn't confirmed yet. Click the link in our e-mail – check your spam folder too. On that page you can have the e-mail sent again or change a wrong address. After that your whole client area is unlocked, including your services and downloads. Paying invoices, tickets and your account details work even before that.
