If the bot doesn't reply, you still get to everything: in the client area. There you'll find your access, invoices, renewals and support.

What you can check yourself
- Send /start to the bot. This also brings back the menu below the input field.
- Check that you are in the right chat: VenneTV bot (@vennetv_kunden_bot). The StreamTV bot @STVkunden_bot does not answer questions about your access. The old bot @VenneTV_bot is switched off. Which bot is for what?
- Other Telegram chats don't load either? Then it's your connection or Telegram itself.
- Look at our News & Updates channel (in German). It says when we are doing maintenance or know about a problem.
- If the bot stays silent, use the client area. Everything the bot does works there too.
- Deleted the chat or stopped the bot?Open the bot again and tap START. Your link is then active again.
- The bot asks you to link?Then your Telegram isn't connected to a customer account right now. Link again (how it works, in the client area).
What the bot tells you
- “Our client area is under maintenance right now.”We'll be back shortly. You still see your login data in the bot. Buying, paying and linking work again afterwards.
- “We were briefly unavailable — here is your answer.”All fine. You don't need to do anything.
- “This button is outdated.”The message is older. Use the menu the bot shows you right below.
- “That did not work just now.”Try again in a few minutes. If it still fails, use the client area.
