There is one bot for your access, your invoices and renewing: the VenneTV bot.
- VenneTV bot @vennetv_kunden_botFrom VenneTV. Login data, invoices, renewing, buying, trials, help with problems.
- StreamTV bot @STVkunden_botFrom StreamTV. Movie requests, outages, new movies, live events, app guides. You cannot buy or renew there.
The old bot @VenneTV_bot has been shut down, and the StreamTV forum no longer exists. You now find guides, movie requests and known outages in the StreamTV bot.
Renew only where you bought
Renew your access with the provider you bought it from. With us, that is the shop or the VenneTV bot.
Want to switch providers? Let the access expire and book again.
Good to know
- Other providers run Telegram bots that renew access and ask for your username and password. They do not belong to VenneTV.
- Access bought from us can only be renewed with us – not through other bots or providers. We offer no support and no correction for that.
- Enter your username and password only in the shop or in the VenneTV bot.
