Login fails on every device at home, but works on mobile data? Then the internet address of your home connection is very likely blocked. Your access itself is fine.

Check Why Fix it With a VPN Still not working?
How to check
- Turn off Wi-Fi on your phone and use mobile data.
- Log in to your IPTV app on the phone.
- If that works but no device at home can log in, the internet address is the cause.
Why this happens
After several logins with a wrong username or password, the internet address gets blocked, not your access. Often it's a forgotten device or an old app in your household, like a second TV or an old playlist.
How to fix it
- Find the device with the wrong login data. Enter the correct username and password there, or delete the old playlist.
- Wait one to two hours and don't try anything else in the meantime. The block usually lifts by itself.
- A new address is faster: unplug your router for about 20 minutes or reconnect with your internet provider.
With a VPN
Many VPN addresses are blocked permanently. Pick a different location (country) in your VPN app or turn the VPN off for IPTV. More: VPN is blocked.
Good to know
- The block only affects your internet address. Your access and its duration keep running as normal.
- On Vodafone, Dual Stack often helps: Activate Dual Stack.
Doesn't it work on mobile data either?
Then your address isn't blocked. Open a ticket and tell us your device, app and internet provider. Add the result of the mobile data test and a photo of the error message.
