If a channel has no TV guide (EPG), it's usually the app settings or the channel only delivering its schedule again at midnight. In TiviMate set up the EPG like this:

  1. Open Settings › EPG.
  2. Switch on Update on app start and Update on playlist change.
  3. Set the Update interval to 24 hours – not shorter, that loads the servers.

Good to know

  • If the guide is missing during the day, you can update it manually in the app.
