Troubleshooting

If you can't reach our system with a VPN, the VPN address is usually blocked: attackers use the same VPN servers, and our firewall blocks them automatically. Switch the country or server in your VPN app – or turn the VPN off for IPTV.

Good to know

  • Your VPN provider has few addresses; if one stands out, it's blocked for a short time – for you too.
  • A VPN can help with routing problems, but can also slow things down: Fast line, still stuttering.
