1. Forgot your password, but your e-mail still works
Just use „Forgot password" on the login page. You'll get an e-mail with a reset link.
2. You linked our Telegram bot
Open the bot and tap „Anmeldedaten" (Login details). There you get a login link to either set a new password or change your e-mail address — you'll be logged in directly, no e-mail needed.
3. No bot and your e-mail no longer receives mail
Contact us via the contact form. For security, please provide the username and password of one of your active lines — that's how we know it's really you. We'll then reset your account password and get back to you.
